Cat left Scotland 17 years ago on what was meant to be a six-month round-the-world trip—but that short adventure turned into a long-term journey across Australia and New Zealand. Along the way, she carved out a career in the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors, working with well-known brands such as Nomads, JUCY, Website Travel, and New Zealand Internships. In 2025, she proudly became a New Zealand citizen.

With a strong background in Sales, Management, and Partnerships, Cat has over 15 years’ experience driving growth and building meaningful connections across the industry. Now working in hospitality as a Partnership Manager, she focuses on creating long-term value for businesses by developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners, suppliers, and operators nationwide.

Cat is known for her people-first approach and her passion for helping others succeed. Whether she’s developing new initiatives, supporting member networks, or opening doors to opportunity, she believes every conversation is a chance to learn—and every day holds the potential for a new adventure.
