With a background that spans education, financial services, and small business, I bring a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of diverse operating environments.

Through building and growing our own businesses, I have sharpened my strategic thinking and operational capabilities, always balancing commercial priorities with a genuine commitment to supporting those I work alongside. Currently completing my MBA at the University of Waikato, I bring practical experience and academic insight to my role, to foster collaboration and advocate for member needs, to help cultivate an environment of shared success.
