Currently Operations Manager at Stargroup, Jay oversees 10 Auckland-based venues and supports over 320 staff. He plays a strategic role in planning, cost control, and company growth. His career has spanned key national roles including Operations Manager and National Hiring and Training Manager, where he led recruitment and performance turnarounds across the country.

Jay has successfully opened multiple venues, managing every stage from concept to launch, ensuring smooth operational rollouts and sustained success. With deep experience managing high-performing venues like the Rosie’s and Goodebrothers brands, Jay has consistently driven growth, efficiency, and team development.
