With a foundation in Germany's vibrant hospitality scene, I began my journey at 16 with an apprenticeship, swiftly advancing to Accor in the rooms division sector. I honed my skills in front office operations, rooms division, distribution management, and yield management across Germany.

In 2008, I embraced New Zealand's hospitality landscape, starting with Accor in Queenstown and later Wellington. Thriving in the backpackers market, I joined PrimeProperty in 2017, where I oversee backpackers accommodations and manage a gastro pub and Airbnb division.
