With the challenging economic conditions and a shortage of locally based skilled and reliable talent, now is a great time to partner with a company that will support you in your recruitment process to ensure you get the best candidates for your business within your budget.
Our unique point of difference: We don’t charge a commission, so you can rest assured that we will not "sell” you a candidate who is not the right fit for your business.
Our offering: We provide end-to-end recruitment support (or part thereof) and Hiring Manager training courses to ensure you recruit “A” Players into your business.
Our mission: We help align individuals' and employers' goals with our recruitment expertise.
Our services: Our services are provided at an hourly rate, offering the employer the flexibility to control their recruitment cost and the process. The hours required would depend on how hands-on the hiring manager wants to be, the location of the role, and the position.
Our experience: We have extensive experience recruiting for a diverse range of roles within hospitality (accommodation and food and beverage), giving us a strong understanding of each role's unique challenges and requirements.
