Hospitality New Zealand is proud to present HNZ27 at the NZICC Auckland - a two-day conference and trade show bringing together the hospitality and accommodation industry on 21-22 June 2027.

Join operators, leaders, and partners from across Aotearoa to connect, share ideas, and explore what's next for our industry. Across two days, HNZ27 will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, and practical sessions designed to spark thinking and support real-world application.

Alongside the conference, the trade exhibition creates space to discover new products, build relationships, and engage directly with suppliers shaping the future of hospitality and accommodation.

EventsAir Marketing Opportunities

HNZ27 will be managed through EventsAir, providing a central platform for event information, exhibitor listings, and delegate engagement.

Exhibitors will have access to a range of marketing opportunities, including visibility within the event app, direct exposure to delegates, and on-site branding opportunities.

Additional Day Passes for Staff

Trade passes are included with your booking.

Additional staff passes can be purchased via the Events Air once it opens in September. All passes are non-transferable and must be allocated to individual attendees.

Health & Safety

The safety of all exhibitors, delegates, and staff is a priority for HNZ27.

All exhibitors are expected to operate safely within their allocated space, comply with venue guidelines, and ensure any risks associated with their stand are appropriately managed.

SUMMARY OF Key Information for Exhibitors

  • EventsAir App Please ensure the EventsAir app is downloaded and set up prior to arrival. This is essential for accessing event information and updates onsite.
  • Deliveries All deliveries must arrive within the specified delivery window. Managing and coordinating delivery timing is the exhibitor's responsibility.
  • Outbound Freight HNZ will provide delivery labels prior to pack-down. Exhibitors are responsible for booking their own courier collection.
  • Booth Allocation While your booth size and general location will remain consistent, final booth numbers may change as the floor plan is refined.
  • Power Requirements If you require additional power beyond your standard allocation, this must be advised in advance.
  • Stand Fit-Out Only the booth walls are included. All additional furniture, AV, and equipment must be arranged through Exhibition Hire or your own supplier.
